那須ブラーゼンは、日本初の観光地での地域密着型ロードレースチームです。レース活動としては国内最高峰のシリーズ戦であるJBCFロードレースシリーズ『Ｊ PRO TOUR』（全日本実業団自転車競技連盟主催）を主戦場とします。
そして、シリーズ戦の優勝を目指すと共に那須に育まれたチームとして『那須＝自転車』のイメージ構築、自転車による那須地域の活性化・健康・観光、そして自転車の復興・普及に寄与していき地域に根差し、愛され、貢献するチ-ムを目指します。
While being the first community-based cycle road team based in tourist destination in Japan, Nasu Blasen has been mainly participating in J PRO TOUR. Blasen aims to revitalize Nasu region as "the town of the bicycle", through contributing to local health and tourism by promoting cycling to local people.

As one of the most prestigious teams in Japan with over 40 years history, Shimano Racing Team has produced many remarkable riders since its foundation in 1973. In recent years, the team has focused on developing young promising riders to challenge for the world level.

Team UKYOは、元F1ドライバーの片山右京が2012年に結成したUCIコンチネンタルチームです。本拠地は神奈川県相模原市。
所属選手は6人の日本人と5人のスペイン人の合計11人で、国内外のUCIレース、及びJapan Pro Tourをメインに活動しています。
UCI continental team, Team UKYO has been founded in Sagamihara City, Kanagawa Prefecture by former F1 driver, Ukyo KATAYAMA in 2012. The team consists of 6 Japanese and 5 Spanish riders participating in UCI races home and abroad as well as J Pro Tour mainly.

昨年、無念の落車骨折によるリタイヤとなった地元北海道出身の阿部嵩之選手を中心に、アグレッシブに走り屈辱を晴らしたいと思います。"
As a community-based cycle road race team, Utsunomiya BLITZEN has not only been participating in races but also dedicating to educate and promote sport culture. Takayuki ABE (originally from Hokkaido) who withdrew the race because of injury, will lead the team aggressively.

Selected Hokkaido, consisting of local riders survived from qualifying race,has been participating in Tour de Hokkaido since the first edition. To take part in Tour de Hokkaido as the member of this team is the one big motivation for riders in Hokkaido while it plays significant role to develop them.

As the only national 4 year sports university in Japan, National Institute of Fitness & Sports in KANOYA has been seriously training under the best environment, thanks to warm weather, abundant nature and scientific training system. Tour de Hokkaido is the high level race to compete with Professional teams from home and abroad. The team will challenge aggresively to making its strong presence and better results.

昭和26年度に創部した部で、卒業生を500名以上輩出し、全国で50名以上の卒業生が高校教諭として高校生の指導にあたっている。池村部長（法学部長・教授）、水落副部長（文理学部教授）のご指導のもと、本来個人スポーツである自転車競技をチームスポーツとして戦ってきている。規則正しい合宿所生活・厳しい上下関係で鍛え育てられた学生は卒業後に社会人として各分野で活躍している。
Nihon University Cycling Team has produced more than 500 graduates since its foundation in 1951. The team philosophy trains not only physically also mentally, which helps them do great work in various fields as members of society oeven after their graduation.

The team is thankful for the opportunity to challenge in Tour de Hokkaido held in northern earth for the second years in a low. We will try to show our best performance to complete the race for the better results than last year.

当チームは1987年にツール・ド・北海道出場を目的として創部されました。大半の部員が大学からの競技者ですが、この舞台を目指し日々学業と両立しつつ練習に励んでいます。今回のメンバーは本大会経験者は少ないですが、早くからコースを分析し、大会への準備を進めています。目標としているこのレースに少しでも爪痕を残せるよう全力でチャレンジしていきます。
The team was founded in 1987 to aim for racing in Tour de Hokkaido. Although most of the members don't have racing experience before, the team started analyzing the course and making strategy in advance to make as good results as possible.
